Report animal abuse to ASPCA



If no one will help you there are always the other choices.
  1. Go to local Animal control. (sometimes as I have seen is a joke)
  2. Take photos and submit them to Internet sites (facebook has a bunch of groups availible), news channels, with issue.
  3. Call/Write local Government officials.
A PRIME thing that is needed is photos/video either Camcorders or with digicam iphone etc, or stills from film cameras, iphone etc. This is always a major bonus to back up what you are reporting.
